Features of formation and evaluation of mediative competence of teachers in the conditions of digital transformation of education (on the example of Yenisei Siberia)

В статье представлено теоретическое и эмпирическое обоснование проблематики формирования оценки медиативной компетентности педагогов в условиях цифровой трансформации с учетом поликультурных особенностей макрорегиона Енисейской Сибири. Представлены примеры авторских кейсов по межэтническим конфликтам образовании, региональных факторов образовательной деятельности (на примере Сибири) как средства оценивания компетентности. Предложена модель авторского курса повышения квалификации «Медиативная культура педагога» практикующих специалистов образовании студентов педагогических, психолого-педагогических направлений. Описаны методология результаты анкетирования педагогических работников – будущих регионов Сибири, направленного на оценку культуры контексте поликультурности цифровизации социума. Исследование выполнено при финансовой поддержке краевого государственного автономного учреждения «Красноярский краевой фонд поддержки научной научно-технической деятельности» рамках научного проекта «Модель поликультурного социума Сибири», код заявки № 2022103008985 (КФ-920). The article presents theoretical and empirical substantiation of the problems formation evaluation mediative competence teachers in conditions digital transformation taking into account multicultural features Yenisei Siberia macro-region. Examples author's cases on interethnic conflicts education are presented, regional factors educational activity (on example Siberia) as a means mediation competence. model advanced training course "Mediative culture teacher" is proposed forming evaluating practicing specialists students pedagogical, psychological pedagogical directions. methodology results survey future regions Siberia, aimed at assessing context multiculturalism digitalization society, described. study was carried out with financial support state autonomous institution "Krasnoyarsk Regional Fund for Support Scientific Scientifictechnical activities" within framework scientific project "Model society Siberia", application code No. (CF-920).
